The Journey to BAB Perfume: A Scent of Memories, Love, and Discovery
Our story begins with a simple yet profound truth: the power of scent to evoke memories and emotions. For us , this realisation came to life during our trips to Tunis in July 2023, a visit that not only changed my perspective but also became the cornerstone of BAB Perfume.
As soon as I arrived in Tunis, I was captivated. The city had a heartbeat that resonated with me instantly. Its vibrant streets, lined with fragrant jasmine trees and bustling with warm, welcoming people, felt like a home I had somehow known forever. Tunis wasn’t just a destination—it was a rekindling of something deeply personal, a place where my soul felt rooted.
For my husband Souheil it was a year before summer 2022 while visiting a dear friend’s home, he was struck by the heady, intoxicating scent of jasmine. It wasn’t just a smell; it was an experience. As the fragrance filled the front yard, it unlocked a floodgate of cherished memories—of childhood summers, love, and family moments filled with laughter. It was then that he realized how much scents hold the power to transport us through time, bridging the gap between past and present.
This experience lingered in his mind long after he returned home. We began reflecting on how fragrances could become vessels of emotion, how they could tell stories and connect people to their happiest moments. We wanted to create something authentic, pure, and deeply personal—a brand that celebrated the beauty of natural scents and their ability to stir the soul.
And so, BAB Perfume was born.
At BAB Perfume, every creation is a tribute to authenticity and simplicity.
